The Noir's experience ranges from a traditional suburban getaway property with 26 keys to major market lifestyle and boutique hotels with 1200 keys in operation. Our top-line approach comes from our extensive independent hotel/hostel management experience. We look at revenue from three key points: technology, mathematics, and commercialization. With one of these pillars missing, the rest are less valuable. We start by analyzing the property/portfolio's local positioning, value add, and competitive advantages, then move on to internal data deciphering. With actionable KPIs in hand, we take the property to its maximum profit margins.

Our current portfolio consists primarily of independent boutique hotels in North America and Europe, ranging from luxury portfolios to mid-scale major markets. Our services are used by hotel management companies, property managers, asset managers, private equities, and property owners.
